UNIQLO’s first roadside store opened in Japan in 1985, fast forward to today there is soon to be 5 of them across southeast Asia.
Scheduled to open in December 2020, Malaysia’s UNIQLO roadside and community-based store will be launching in the township of Bandar Sri Damansara.
“It is a new type of store for Malaysia that complements our existing network of mall-based stores.” said Uniqlo Malaysia and Singapore chief executive officer Yuki Yamada
“Our new store is carefully designed to ensure enough space and accessibility for all, including families with children, elderly people and people with disability, and will feature its own car park for our customers.”
